Graduated from the Faculty of Law at Tbilisi State University in 1994.
From 1996 to 2003, he worked as a lawyer and partner at the law bureau “Kordzadze and Svanidze – Attorneys”; since 2003, he has been a lawyer and head of “Kordzadze’s Law Office.”
Since 1995, he has been a member of the Georgian Young Lawyers’ Association and a member of its board. In 1997–1998, he was a member of the interagency commission of the National Security Council of Georgia for developing urgent organizational measures for the protection of human rights.
He was a member of the Scientific-Advisory Council of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Georgia (2001), and a member of the Scientific-Advisory Council of the Parliament of Georgia’s Committee on Legal Issues, Rule of Law, and Administrative Reforms (2002).
Since 2005, he has been a member of the Coordination Council of the Legal Entity of Public Law – the Legal Aid Service (public/state attorney service).
From 2006 to 2013, he served as a member of the Executive Board of the Georgian Bar Association.
Since 2014, he has been the Chairman of the Georgian Association of Law Firms.
