Volunteer Call for the Festival
The festival season is approaching, and it is time to gather our volunteer team!
We are inviting motivated and energetic volunteers to join us. A total of 6–7 volunteers will be selected to work across both the international and Georgian performance programs of the festival.
This is an intensive and demanding role, but it offers a truly unique and valuable experience in an international cultural environment.
Requirements:
We are looking for volunteers who:
- Have a fluent command of English (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage, but English is essential);
- Can communicate clearly, quickly, and attentively;
- Are highly responsible and punctual (lateness or unexcused absences will not be accepted).
Responsibilities:
International Program:
- Assisting with various administrative, technical, and hospitality-related tasks during performances and events.
Georgian Program / “Showcase”:
- Hosting international guests;
- Supporting guest logistics and transportation according to the schedule;
- Providing assistance in various matters, including basic translation when needed;
- Facilitating communication with participating theatre companies in the Showcase program.
Working Periods:
- International Program: June 10 – July 13, 2026
- Georgian Performance Program “Showcase”: September 16 – September 21, 2026
